Tempo was founded in 2011 with the mission of delivering value for customers across the resources sector supply chain. During Tempo’s foundation years the service offering was multidisciplinary construction solutions for some of Australia’s biggest resources projects.
Through various acquisitions over the past 4 years, Tempo has transitioned into an integrated asset management services provider. Today, Tempo is a valued long-term partner of some of the country’s largest facilities, retailers and public sector bodies. Key clients include the Port of Melbourne, Fremantle Ports, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Woolworths Supermarkets and the Commonwealth Government.
Cablelogic was founded in 1995 and covers all aspects of electrical cabling, data communications and solar. Tempo acquired the business in 2016 to complement its maintenance offering with capital works capability.
KP Electric (KPE) was founded in 1995 and rapidly became an award winning national electrical maintenance contractor. Tempo acquired KPE in 2017 to leverage it's national footprint and blue chip customers as part of its asset management services strategy.
The Comsite business provides full end-to-end services to mobile network infrastructure (on behalf of major global telecommunications companies Vodaphone and Optus). Tempo acquired the business in 2018 to complement its asset management services provider strategy.
