Maintenance management and execution services

Tempo provides multidisciplinary maintenance services to support our clients’ critical assets. Our services include engineering, job carding, planning, procurement, supervision and execution of routine, preventative and breakdown maintenance and tool time monitoring.

Tempo can execute plant shutdowns, across the resource sectors and all of its industrial processes. We specialize in the job carding, planning, scheduling and execution of shutdowns, working collaboratively with our clients by ensuring our front line workers deliver successful outcomes.

Sustaining and Minor Capital Works

Tempo can perform medium and minor plant upgrades and sustaining capital projects in a range of operating environments. Our teams undertake all aspects of these projects, from productivity evaluation, constructability through to commissioning and handover, with a strong emphasis on personal and process safety. Project cost and schedule control, daily productivity reporting, and portfolio management is carried out from our integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Our multidisciplinary services are augmented by a network of supporting workshops and operations in key regional centers in Australia. We have established partnerships with prequalified workshops in Western Australia (Perth), Northern Territory (Darwin), Queensland (Roma, and Chinchilla) to support all of our operations, many of which are in remote locations.

Industrial Relations Management

Tempo directly employs its entire front line workers in Australia through a collective agreement lodged with the Fair Work Commission that covers operations and maintenance activities. Tempo can also provide information and guidance on industrial relations that will equip it clients with the essential tools and knowledge to manage site work safely, efficiently and productively.

Front line worker productivity tools, and Consultancy

Tempo Services offers consultancy on progress monitoring, time and motion studies, and work site efficiency evaluations. Productivity is all the above, but primarily a behavioral-based approach to work which can only be mastered by groups who actually bring "practice" to "theory".  This is the fundamental difference between Tempo Services and any management consultant who offers support on these matters.
