Tempo is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and this is reflected in its culture, policies and business practices. The Tempo Board has in place governance structures for the formation of strategic direction and policy, including an overall framework of internal control, risk management and ethical standards.

Tempo will conduct all business transactions in a proper, fair, impartial, and ethical manner, avoiding even the appearance of impropriety. We only seek clients and partners who share our values and standards of conduct.

Tempo is committed to the highest standard of ethical business conduct (code of conduct). This ethical standard is one of the company's most valuable assets, it is in-built in our values, and is a direct result of its employees’ conduct.

All employees receive basic ethics and compliance training, for the legal risk areas they are likely to encounter in their jobs.

We encourage and expect all Tempo employees to speak up if they become aware of any unlawful or unethical conduct.

The Tempo "whistleblower" helpline is a confidential means of communication separate from line management, available to employees to discuss any ethics or compliance question or concern. The helpline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by an independent service provider.
